Product Introduction

The slag remover agent is mainly used to collect the nonfusible substance on the surface of molten iron to make it easy to remove and ensure the purity of molten iron. It can also be used as high quality heat preservation covering agent and slag retaining material, with thick insulation layer and excellent slag retaining performance. The slag remover can effectively isolate air to prevent secondary oxidation of molten iron .

Application

All of it shall be added into ladle before tapping and the adding amount is determined by the field conditions. Generally, it is recommended to add 5 to 8 kg per ton of steel (It can also be added in two batches. One half is added at the bottom of ladle and the rest is added with steel flow).
